By accessing PredAtlas, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of accepting these terms and use the service only where doing so is lawful.

If you use PredAtlas for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

PredAtlas organizes public and submitted information about third-party prediction market products. Content is provided for general research and discovery and should not be treated as a recommendation, rating, solicitation or assurance of any outcome.

Profiles may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Verify material information with official sources before acting.

You may browse, search and reference the directory for personal or internal business research. Reasonable links to public pages are permitted.

Any reuse must preserve the context of the information and must not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership by PredAtlas.

• Interfere with the service, bypass security controls or attempt unauthorized access.
• Submit malicious code, deceptive information or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Use automation that creates unreasonable load, evades access controls or reconstructs a competing database at scale.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or the origin of content.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant PredAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, verify, edit and publish that material as part of the directory and its editorial records.

You represent that the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. PredAtlas may reject, edit, retain for review or remove any submission.

Listed products and external websites are operated independently. Their terms, privacy practices, security, legality, availability, pricing and performance are outside PredAtlas’s control.

Your relationship with a third party is solely between you and that party. Review its official materials and conduct your own technical, legal and financial assessment.

The PredAtlas name, branding, original editorial text, interface and database selection and arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued, and features or content may change without notice. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or compliance.

We may revise these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or results.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredAtlas and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, assets or opportunity, or losses arising from third-party products.

Limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend access or take reasonable action in response to a violation. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Applicable mandatory law determines any rights or remedies that these terms cannot alter.
